Ordering was easy, shipping was timely, and after finding an issue with one box, Emily was phenomenal in responding quickly and resolving the issue, not only to my satisfaction, but beyond my expectations!
Love the quality everything is we thought it would be cushions are nice seems to be farm. We bought the six piece set with all the covers. The only thing I may have done different. If I would’ve known I would’ve waited a few weeks so I could’ve got the bonus free end table for the sofa and I would’ve purchased another one so I would have a matching set. Delivery was prompt assembly was not bad at all actually quite easy. Everything came no damage.

We were a little worried about the assembly of these chairs, but the instructions were very clear and simple making assembly very easy! Would recommend if you’re worried about assembling furniture. As for comfort and appearance—the chairs are extremely comfortable, high quality and beautiful! We also purchased side tables and ottomans which completes the design look we were hoping for! Highly recommend Reedsread patio furniture. We have ours on an indoor sunroom—looks great! Thank you Reedsread.
Emily was fantastic. We had some pieces that got lost in transit and a couple that were back ordered, and she handled everything perfectly and kept in touch with me during the whole process. Couldn’t have been better!
This company has a great customer service. I had an issue with 2 of the chairs having the wrong color of cushions. I contacted them about it and they responded to me within a day. They were very apologetic about the mistake. They sent me the right cushions within a week. The furniture is very good quality also. I get lots of compliments on my new deck and patio furniture.
The furniture is very high-quality and the prices were so very reasonable. The cushions are thick made of good material, the furniture was pretty easy to put together. The instructions were great, Emily and customer service was wonderful to work with. They even gave a really good ratchet wrench that made the job a lot easier! I am so happy with the five piece that we got, the cushions are so thick. The couch is comfortable, it’s a very substantial the group of furniture. Prom was there's like this service that delivered.The items had oil on its truck to delivers well.And thank goodness cause it leaked, and it leaked on our boxes.But the boxes were well protected.So our product were safe.

The set came within a week and was really easy to assemble with super clear and well done instructions. They even give you a small bag of tools along with the hardware. Half of the assembly is just locking pins into barrels. As a cabinetmaker I'm usually pretty critical but these pieces look well made and assembly was a breeze. My wife absolutely loves the swivel chairs and says they will be moving into the living room for the winter. Looking forward to hanging out in style this summer.

I have only good things to say about my experience with this company. The quality of furniture is excellent and the assembly was easy. The delivery arrived on the date promised. I made my purchase on line, going only by the photos from their ads. I read multiple reviews and Reedstead did not disappoint.
I was skeptical but no more. This product is well made with assembly was about as easy as it could be for furniture of this size. They utilize an unique pin/socket method which holds the different sections together while you secure with bolts. They provide extra fasteners incase you screw up and ratchets as opposed to allen keys which made assembly more pleasant. So impressed with the product I'm ordering covers! My only suggestion for new buyers is to pay close attention to the delivery disclosure...either ships in 48 hours or 3-5 weeks. Mine took 5 weeks but worth it.
I wanted to share my experience with purchasing and assembling our beautiful Reedstead Patio set. This company uses a unique pin and receiver design that makes assembly very easy and provides an extremely sturdy set of furniture. I had a suggestion for making the assembly even easier and wrote the president of the company to tell her how impressed I was with this furniture and added a simple suggestion that helped me assemble this furniture in less time. I got an immediate reply and they liked my suggestion enough to include it in their assembly instructions. I am a retired mechanical engineer and I was so impressed with the design of this furniture that I had to let the company know. In an age where AI is the only communication you can get from most companies, I am now even more impressed with this company. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for high quality patio furniture with advanced design.
