We offer free shipping on all orders placed through our official website. Every order is carefully processed and shipped on schedule.
Shipping Time
Shipping times may vary based on the date of purchase and the specific items in your order. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.
- In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days.
- Transit time is usually 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and the U.S. public holidays.
Ship in Spring (Delayed Shipping Service)
If you're not ready to receive your order during winter, we offer a Ship in Spring service at no extra cost. Simply leave your preferred shipping timeframe at checkout or contact us after your purchase. We’ll hold your order securely and ship it when the weather warms up.
This option is ideal for customers who:
- Prefer shipping in spring for outdoor furniture
- Are away from home during winter
- Want to avoid storing large packages in cold or snowy conditions
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. Due to the high cost of freight for oversized packages, we do not ship to Canada, Australia, Europe, or other international regions.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or U.S. Armed Forces addresses (Americas, Europe, or Pacific).
