At REEDSTEAD, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our outdoor furniture. We guarantee our products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, and we are committed to ensuring you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

Who Is Covered?

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from REEDSTEAD and uses it for non-commercial, in-home purposes. The warranty does not transfer to subsequent owners.

What Is Covered & Warranty Period

Our warranty covers cushions, wicker, and hardware under normal residential use:
  • Wicker & Hardware: 2-year warranty from the date of purchase
  • Cushions: 1-year warranty
We will provide free replacement service for any workmanship or material defects during the warranty period.
Not covered: Damage caused by neglect, misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, modifications, pet stains, exposure to extreme weather, or commercial use.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please email service@reedsteed.com with:
  • Photos of the issue
  • PO number, if available
  • A brief description of the problem
Our warranty specialist will review your claim and determine the best solution, including repair, replacement parts, or product replacement when applicable.
