Refunds & Key Notes

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days
• Orders canceled within 24 hours and before shipment are fully refunded
• Normal variations in color or cushion firmness are not considered defects

Coverage Overview

We cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use:

• Wicker & Frame: 3-year warranty from the date of purchase
• Cushions: 1-year warranty

During the warranty period, we provide replacement parts or appropriate solutions based on the issue.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty DOES NOT apply to damage caused by:

• Improper use, care, or cleaning
• Accidents or modifications
• Exposure to extreme weather conditions
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Commercial or non-residential use
